1:it would have just the log in center of the page 
 
2: also to center belwo the logo,two drop down list the first would be list of "country" and the second list of "states
/ counties" in that country. the list should defualt to the country based on the IP address of the user. the user should can change 
 
the "state" drop down will default to "all".
 
3:then a "Go" or "Show Results" button.this will take to the page i showed you.
 
4. a search on the right hand side,like the google codes available "search in your site","search WWW"
